Rename Title Bar for Last XXX Traps

I am using the Last XX Traps Resource on a Home Page. I have added a SQL filter to that display and I want to edit the Title Bar to reflect that but am not sure how to do this. So instead of displaying Last XX Traps I want the title to be Last XX Critical Traps.
