Eval of NTA Stopped Working Since Power Cut

Hi all

We have an eval copy of NTA which we got up and working and were seeing data. Then we had a power cut a few days later. since then we are not seeing any new data in NTA. We have rebooted the server, checked that the service is running, checked the interfaces being collected and we can't see what the problem is.

Any ideas gratefully received.

I should add that Wireshark shows that the data is being received by the server.
