Does NPM have the ability to monitor an ip at port 443 and send an alert if the port is not responding as expected or is that functionality only available in APM?

I am pretty sure that is only available in APM.
APM is an absolutely awesome product and worth getting if you need to monitoring that type of application level stuff.
