Unable to access thwack - Forbidden error?

Hello,

I tried to access thwack at home but I got the the "forbidden" 403 error (please see image). I also tried to access thwack at work but still got the same issue. I thought the site was on maintenance or something but a friend in the U.S. showed me that

the forum is up and working. I'm currently living at the Philippines, and i'm only able to access thwack by using free VPN on the internet. Anyone got the same issue? Thanks in advance.

Hi Mrs.Alterego,

Kindly send me also an update why i can't access Thwack from Philippines. We have a big project on Solarwinds that we need Thwack Forums but unfortunately, we can not access Thwack from Philippines. I just also asked my colleagues from US if he can access it. Right now i am on remote from PC to US to get access on your site. Hope for your response, thank you.
