How can I stop Orion from detecting my QA (Beta testing) server and considering it an additional poller.

The System Manager looks at the Engines table in the Database and shows the engines that are listed. If you do not want the other engine showing you can give that second system its own DB. After setting up a seperate DB for teh QA system you could then delete the second engine from the original DB.
