The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel.

I received this error when I tried to publish a 3rd party package this morning. Everything worked on Friday and now I get this. I re-published the cert using the "Client Certificates Management" and that did not fix it.

This also fails on the Inventory task.
