Backup Extreme Networks Switch Failing

Hi, i'm having issues backing up my Extreme Networks B5 switch with Device.Backup.Running.Config script. Here is the debug file :

Problem solved ! I changed device type from Extreme Networks to Enterasys Securestack B and used variations to indicate which prompt to look for :

CatTools is expecting # or >, but is getting switch-nsi-intersite-relecq(su)->.  Try adding this as the prompt.

I don't have Variations tab :

can you explain to me how you can be sure it's that and not something else ?

i don't see any usefull information in the debug file.
