What version of NET-SNMP mib to use on UNIX server

There are a lot of versions of this mib at this URL:
prdownloads.sourceforge.net/.../
. I am trying to get the correct version that will pull CPU, memory, amd disk information rom a UNIX system. I understand that you can get disk with v5.09 but not with v5.1. The most recent version of v5.2 has been released and I was wondering if anyone has installed this one found that it also gives disk as well as CPU and memory util?
