Password Management

Currently where I work we "manage" our passwords on a spreadsheet. Obviously, NOT the best system.

We are looking at Password Management Solutions and would like to know:

1. Have you used CommonKey, LastPass, or another password management solution?
2. What has been your experience(s)?
3. Any advise for us?

We use Keepass, and its pretty good as long as people actually remember to update any changed passwords
