The database will delete older records itself when it approaches the 4GB size limit. If you are looking at deleting *all* Web access data and starting with a clean slate, that's possible (although not recommended). The procedure is outlined below if required.

Stop the Kiwi Syslog Service.
Close any open Kiwi Syslog Web Access sessions.
Delete Event.sdf from <program files>\solarwinds\kiwi syslog web access\html\app_data
Re-install Kiwi Syslog Web Access (by running the Kiwi Syslog Server install package). The Event.sdf file will be recreated during the installation process.
Restart Kiwi Syslog Service.

Thanks for the answer. Btw what I'm looking for is a way to delete records older than x days.

Ok, thanks for the clarification. Is there a reason why you wouldn't want to keep as many days as possible? For internal folks, this is being tracked as #1045

Well there are many reasons.

I don't want to waste 4 GB with data I don't need, I can use that space for better reasons.
Query a 4GB DB is slower then query a 100 MB DB
Backup 4GB of data is slower then backup 100 MB and I'm wasting space again, and so on...
