Under IPAM IP Address View, UDT Switch(Port) column the port showing as (Unk)

Hi, when I manage subnets & ip addresses, after discover a new IP subnet, under the column "UDT Switch(Port)", all the ports are showing as "Unk".

Example: Switch01 (Unk), Router01 (Unk)

Any idea why it is not showing the correct Port number? Like (G1/0/1) or (vlan7)?

Try to check in UDT if that MAC address (endpoint) has a direct connection in one of the monitored switchports.
