Is there a way to generate a global “Executive” forecast report for RAW and RAID type utilization similar to the server allocated volume usage for our EVA 4400.

There are two reports that should help you:
These will look at overall array storage usage historically, tell you how fast you are growing, and how soon you will run out of storage.
