NTM and Lightweight AP's

So NTM, has picked up some LWAPPs in my locations however it only classifies them as ICMP devices since LWAPP devices and SNMP. So my question would be can NTM do anything to classify these AP's automatically maybe via the same CDP info that it discovered the information through?

NTM uses SNMP as a primary source of information. If you she CDP neighbors from a Cisco device, do these LWAPPs show up?

They show up, but as unknown/un-identified node.

It looks like while NTM is smart-enough to see CDP neighbors, it not advanced enough to fill the device information. This type of functionality would be great for LWAP environment.

CDP should be providing the device mode, IP, and MAC address.

Unless this functionality is built in and not working for some reason.
