If someone were scanning for software compliance to run reports on, is there a way to put cost amounts into a field for detected software?

Yes, so I have a client that is looking for additional functionality with their SW deployment and they want to be able to scan for software and determine whether it is in compliance with county and industry regulations. They want to be able to build reports to show if software is in compliance, and also add an additional field to show the cost of that software, so that if it is not, then they can shoot the report over to accounting to show how much the upgrade will cost the company. I'm also trying to determine if that can be done, and if it falls within the NCM compliance policy management section for setup.
The NCM compliance feature is geared to scanning configurations downloaded into NCM.
