Brocade 200B script ignore line

Hello,

I'm using cattools to backup my configs of a set of storageworks 4/16 switches. I use the Brocade 200B script for this (these are 200e devices actually but it seems to work fine). Everytime the script is run i get a changed report because of the first line of the script which contains this text:

date = Fri Feb 26 22:59:51 2010

Could you modify the Brocade 200B script for this to ignore the line starting with 'date =' ?

Hi all -

We don't have a way for end users to add custom ignore text for the Device.Backup.Running config activity for any device within the CatTools UI. However, this is on the roadmap to be fixed (high priority). Look for it sooner rather than later.

Any resposne to this post? I have the same issue and would like to have a script for the brocade that ignores the first line of the config.

The first line of the config is the date with the following format:

date = Fri Mar 5 16:57:30 2010

I am having the exact same problem. I am not quite sure how to use the ignore text internal function either. Not sure where to put "<date = ".

Anybody have any suggestions?
