Unable to Extract Report

Dear All,

Need help.

This morning, one of team member from SLM team tried to extract one report from existing template ( Monthly availability for SLM). But the page keep loading as per screenshot below even after 5 minutes. 

Action has been taken so far:

1. Restart all services
2. Log in with admin ID
3. Tried to download other templates

Still unable to extract report.Kindly advise.

That report isn't an out of the box report.  Can you export the report and attach it here so that we can better understand what data it's trying to pull?
