Can I automatically exclude trunk ports from UDT?

I've just installed UDT on our solarwinds server, and I'm getting some very odd data.  After removing virtual and proprietary ports (stacking ports and VLAN interfaces), I've realized that I would also like to remove trunk ports to make things a bit easier to read.  Is there anyway to remove trunk ports automatically?  I noticed that UDT can detect what VLAN a port is assigned to, so surely there is a way to remove trunks?

The issue is, for example, that UDT is seeing that I accessed a certain switch, but incorrectly reports what switch I am directly connected to.

I just went through this tedious process....I ended up using a query to the UDT tables to find ports that had a bunch of connected endpoints, and also had in the interface description "trunk" and changed the IsMonitored from the UDT_Port table from 1 to 0.
