Impossible to access the cirrus Web pages and to lunch configuration wizard

I have installed CIRRUS V5 and when i tried to lunch the configuration wizard nothing shows. But i can still open the application and all my nodes are still present. The Web console is not working since i'm unable to lunch the configuration wizard. it's very weird. Can someone please help me with that issue.

This is the first time we've heard this come up so I think your best bet is to open a ticket with support.
