Orion Network Atlas

Question

Hi,

We've started getting an issue where the Orion Objects section of Network Atlas displays no nodes. There is no + expand button next to it. Nothing. It will populate maybe 1 in 20 attempts of closing and opening the program.

I've check the custom properties program, as suggested in another thread, and all properties are alphabetical and hte only special characters used are - and _

We all have Node Management access

Any ideas?

Thanks for replying. I'm actually on the server itself. All the current maps and groups load up fine, just nothing in the Objects section

I have mine installed on my laptop rather than access it from the server and I know I need to have the server address in the login window...any chance you're not connecting to your server when you open it?
