Alerting based within a specific timing

Dear all

Good day, i would like to inquire if you can support me with this matter.

i am trying to setup an alert if X nodes went down within xx minutes the alert will b fired but i am seeing only if the x nodes went down and stays for xx minutes as down status which means its not the required task.

Example:

If 10 nodes wend down within 10 minutes an alert will be fired.
