hey,
when trying to set up a smart group i cant find some kind of a:
add > devices where > property > "drivespace below %"
any idea on how to get this set up ?

This isn't an option, but you can try the following:
Make it so that drivespace monitors fail ( he sets percentage in each monitor ) when they get below a certain threshold and have a smartgroup that is setup to show down drivespace monitors.
