Can I add a 2nd AD Forest and for Eminentware to use and connect to?
Absolutely!
Go to the Managed Enterprise node, run the Management Group Wizard, and select the option to Add/Remove Active Directory Domains.
After adding the domain to the management group, go to the Credentials tab and Credential Rings tab and add the necessary credentials for that domain, and add the necessary resource rules to the Credential Ring(s) to use the domain credentials.
