Issue polling WS-X6582-2PA in a 6509E for utilization and errors

I have a 6509E with a WS-X6582-2PA populated with T1 cards i have noticed that NPM is not able to poll the utilization or the errors of the interface. It sees the interface as up but not giving me any details for the port.

Is there a way to fix this issue?

If you do a list resources for that node, if you expand the plus sign next to that interface in question are the boxes underneath checked?  

We leverage the IF-MIB to gather this info, so if Cisco is not populating that data in this MIB, we won't get it.
