Unable to import Templates from Thwack

Getting below error while importing templates from thwack,

I have restarted the Solarwinds services, but no luck.

This error message is basically stating the template is not in an approved format for the product integration. Most likely this is a zip file and will need to be directly downloaded from thwack rather than the product integration. Let me know if you have any other questions.
