I'm having problems to get calls from CM (Communication Manager) Avaya 7.1, my phones are digitals model Avaya 9408 Digital Deskphone.
I've configured CM Avaya according the VNQM guide and I've added CM on VNQM web site, all looks good but when I try to search calls there is not registers, in this same VNQM, I added CM (Call Manager) Ciscos where I get all calls and Qos metrics. For my problem, I created a lab environment where VNQM lab get all calls from Avaya CM lab, it's working fine, but the phones on my lab are IP (not digitals), this makes me to think that digital phones could not be supported for VNQM, I created a ticket support for SolarWinds where they only sent to me links with supported devices but not include digital phones, but that not mean that is or is not supported by VNQM, Do someone is experiencing something similar or know if there's problem with digital phones to get calls on VNQM with CM Avaya 7.1?
