One Node cannot be added

We have 67 computers and 66 of them were discovered. The one that I cannot add, I can ping it from the Orion Server. What should I check to solve this?

Check if there's a firewall on the server. If so disable it and then attempt to discover it again.
Check if there's a firewall or an ACL between the node and the server. If so make the necessary changes to allow communication.
How are you managing these nodes?
1. If by SNMP validate the settings on the server in question.
2. If by WMI validate the credentials.
3. If by Agent validate the agent installation and configuration.

Start with these 3 items. More often than not it's something small and easy and we have a tendency to over analyze and over troubleshot.

If all else fails, install wireshark to validate the communication between the server and your polling engine. This will also validate the TCP/UDP ports are open too.
