Nortel phone system (CS1000E and Contact Centre 7) in IPSLA

Hi all

i am looking at deploying IPSLA to a customers NPM installation, but i was hoping the forum could tell me if the Voice part of it fully supports the "Nortel phone system (CS1000E and Contact Centre 7)" for Voice quality etc

i can see posts in NPM forum about custom pollrs and getting MIBs added to NPM etc, but was hoping to be able to do something cool

Hi Dan,

IPSLA Manager doesn't provide any information about Nortel phone system. As you wrote, if you can use SNMP and OIDs for this system you can create your own universal device poller to obtain data you need. Does your VoIP network consist mainly from Nortel phone devices or is that only minor part?
