forgive me if this question is answered already but i dont see a search facility on this forum. Is there a way to add a template for a new device type? I thought this was one of the features.

Search is at the top right of the page. Tech support can help you create a new device template. You could post what your device is and maybe someone here has already created it.

as i said...newbie. Yes i see the search button now thanks.
Now that i have upgraded to Cirrus V3.0 the templates i create in the DeviceType folder appear in the the Configuratio Management Console. They didn't in the early version.
Specifically i am looking for templates for Huawei kit and Intel LAN Rover if anyone has created one.
