We are Avaya business partners, as avaya stripped off its own call log software we procured Kiwi Syslog software for our customers. After installation at our customer site an issue arises, in web access which provides some additional information our customer do not require. We just need to remove some columns from the web acess window like Date, Time, Facility Level & Host Name. One another thing is that the raw data which Kiwi syslog is receiving from the pabx, displays the data in raw format instead of in tables with titles like Incoming, outgoing, call duration etc.
Please inform the possibility and procedure. Early response will be highly appreciated.
