WPM Issues

Hi All,

I have just setup the web monitoring on the orion server. I got a single web transaction that I would like to be monitored.

The issue now is that I am not getting any data from it. Is there something that I have done wrong? I have attached ss for all to see.

Hi,

The most likely SEUM-User-x accounts do not have enough permission. Check AgentService.log files on the target player machine in (ProgramData/Solarwinds/Logs/SEUM) whether they contain following error: Error launching worker process. Error: logon error. System error: 0x569. if so, grant administrator permission to SEUM-User-x (where x is 1-7) using, for example, mmc console.

unfortunately, I am not Oraculum, so you have to help me a bit more. Are there any errors in agent AgentService (C:\ProgramData\SolarWinds\Logs\SEUM) on Player machine?

Hi Petr,

I thrashed down this old wpm server and then install a brand new one and it's all working.

One thing when I tried to scroll through the current screenshot, it shows me the same page as per below.

But the steps status are all showing up. Is there anything that I can do to ensure that the screenshots are up to date.
