You can probably achieve this by using Advanced Correlations in the Rules Engine.

Start with something like this (this is based on the Template: User Account Lockout rule):

2014-10-20 07_24_36-SolarWinds Log and Event Manager Console.png

Click the highlighted gear. On the next screen, try:

2014-10-20 07_26_05-SolarWinds Log and Event Manager Console.png
