We are in the process of making the switch to a CUCM based enviroment. I am not a fan of the cisco solution for troubleshooting and reporting(CPC) and wanted to know if anyone was using VNQM for this on a Video network. Eventually the node will converge voice and video but for now it will be video. I fully understand the CUCM architechure so please any insight whould be helpful.
