Feature request on email notification subject

The notification subject on scheduled configuration downloads is (for example):

"Solarwinds.Net Cirrus Configuration Management Config Change Alert - Dlci-21 - Config has changed (Differs from Last Config)"

This is very, very long (and ugly). I want to be able to customize the subject of the "differs from last config" notification. Ultimately, I just want my notifications to say "Dlci-21 - Config has changed", etc. Can this be accomplished in 3.0 and I'm not seeing how?
