We are attempting to add an IPSLA operation from a Cisco switch to a number of external destinations to verify internet connectivity to various destinations however at the 'target' stage of the operation setup we get stuck.
Apart from the applicable IPSLA destinations which are shown above the below is shown, Solarwinds documentation is fairly vague when adding an external node and I wasn't able to find anything online however wording suggests there should be a dialog box to specify the external node at this point?
Clicking Next after selecting these options simply reloads the same page so we're stuck. Have tried Firefox and Chrome, we're using VNQM 4.2.2 on latest Hotfix. Checked the changelog for 4.2.3 and it's Hotfix and I don't see anything related to this issue being fixed.
We have a Solarwinds case open however it hasn't been updated since creation, attempted to call their phone support however it was too busy to even be placed into the queue and the IVR advised to log a case which I had already indicated earlier I had open.
Has anyone come across this issue or could point me in the correct direction as to what I might be doing wrong?
