I'm new to Solarwinds. I tried to do a report of outage duration on network node, but I couldn't find the way to do in GUI.
Is there a way in GUI that I don't know about?

You can download the following report/s and adjust the filter to suit your needs pretty simply:
Node Downtime Reports
Note: This is a Report Writer report, so you may wish to convert to the new web based report version.

Sorry, I should have been clearer, by convert I meant recreate within the Web based engine.
There is no conversion tool (at least yet)
