Having issues with node management

Hello, I am new to Orion NPM and I just got a new job and have been tasked to configure NPM. I see a lot of documentation to get me started however my problem is someone else has started the work and now I am trying to clean up. There are a bunch of "Node Down" on the summary page so I've been trying to remove those nodes. I went to manage nodes and I removed as much as I could and left what was online however on the summary page there are node listed as down but are not in the manage nodes section. Does anyone know why this is the case?

One thing to check is that your user account does not have an Account Limitation assigned to it that may be limiting which nodes you can manage. Edit your user account and look to see if there is anything listed under Limitations. If there is, remove it and check Manage Nodes again.

I am on the admin account. There are no other account on this. I looked through groups and cleared out anything that was red, I went through nodes and removed anything that was red. I am not sure where these nodes are located other than those two locations.

Have you tried a search in the Manage Nodes page for a node that is listed as being down?
