Unizensus Login Server

In NTA, I am suddenly seeing traffic for Unizensus Login Server on port 1151. Does anybody know what this is?

1151 is the IANA issued port for that software. I'm guessing it's an authentication server. Someone slip one onto your network while you weren't looking?
