Unable to clear events via web interface.

HELP! I am unable to clear events from the web interface from my pc as well as directly from the Orion servers web interface.

Not sure if anyone else has this issue. I am running Orion 9 SP1.

Also, my gauges show an "X". When I let the page refresh on it's own a few times, one or several of the gauges will show. But when the page refreshes again they go back to an "X".

The charts do the same thing.

My apologies if you arleady know this, but just in case: Does your account have permission to clear events?

Yes. My account has permissions. I also made sure the SOLARWINDS web account has admin priv. as well.

Regarding the Red X - this usually is permissions related. You can scroll through this thread and in particular the last thread has some good usggestions to try.

I assume the ability to clear events is also a permissions issue, yet to be discovered.
