I don't think there is a tool so we can compile our own MIBs. I think you have to send the MIB to support@solarwinds.com. They package it and put it in the db later.

You can compile mibs using this http://search.cpan.org/~ftassin/SNMP-MIB-Compiler-0.06/lib/SNMP/MIB/Compiler.pm

but I don't think it'll help you with SolarWind's products.
