trouble creating a new monitor

I am using a trial version of ipMonitor. When I try to use the SNMP Monitor wizard I get all the way to the end of the process and the Create button is grayed out. I know the OID has data in it. Is this a limitation on the trial version, or have I missed a step?

The trial is fully featured, so the disabled button is likely a hint that you need to do something before going forward. If you are looking at a table of data, the one step you need to do is click a "cell" in the table to continue. If that advice doesn't work, can you please post a screenshot?
