Alert requests for SSL VPN boxes

I wanted to set up some alerts on an SSL VPN box so that an alert was triggered when a set number of users have signed into it.

I also would like to set up alerts when the memory utilization and log utilization reaches a certain threshold.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Your best bet is to setup custom pollers for those attributes, like number of users or memory utilization. From there, it'll be a simple step to create advanced alerts based on those pollers.
