Duplicate Out-of-Box alerts after upgrade

After upgrading UDT I now have several duplicate pre-defined alerts that I can not delete, is there a way I can remove these?

even going to alert management page does not help you?

Long time without an answer. Was Customer Support able to resolve this for you? Did you find a solution?

Any alerts that are tagged as "out of the box" cannot be modified or deleted, you just have to disable them. If you do manage to delete them they get re-created the next time the configuration wizard runs

Yeah, I've run into some serious problems with our changes to the OOB alerts being lost during every upgrade. Going to need to find a way to bulk-duplicate the OOBs, disable them, and customize the dupes.
