Is there a way to customize Message Center

Are there any ways to customize Orion Message Center. The default filter settings are not really useful in my case. For example, if I want it to list all events Except those informative ones. There is no filter can be set for that.

In addition, is there a way I can tell if the alert has been acknowledged or not from the Message Center?

I am struggling to find any useful documents explain Orion Events in depth. Can anyone help?

Thanks Danielle. I am tring to use Orion System Manager to manage events, but couldnt seem to find it under Solarwinds Orion folder. Is this a component we need to buy?

OK, the document you provide is for a older version of NPM. We have 10.2 which seems no longer have System Manager? The 10.2 doco does not mention System Manager at all...

I'm not exactly sure why it posted the 10.0 Admin Guide, I apologize. It looks like you have located the 10.2 Admin Guide, but here it is just in case.

There were a few changes in 10.2, one of which was moving the System Manager to the Web Console, which is probably why you couldn't find it
