Process Monitor - SNMP Miscalculating memory usage

Im having an issue where APM is miscalculating the percent physical memory used for a SNMP Process Monitor.

It LOOKS like it is rounding Memory Utilization up to 1% for each PID and then suming them together.

Has anyone run into this before?

Update: APM is rounding memory usage DOWN from 1.4%:
