Because of the feedback (almost all negative) VMware has upped the memory restrictions to the following

Standard: 32GB vRAM allocated on the host, and 8 way vCPU/VM

Enterprise: 64GB vRAM allocated on the host, and 8 way vCPU/VM

Enterprise Plus: 96GB vRAM allocated on the host, and 32 way vCPU/VM
