Can IpMonitor machine monitor the server was disable snmp service?
How many default license when I buy the IPmonitor software?
Is each device require one license for monitor(such as 3 partition require

You can, but we don't recommend it:

All credentials based on Windows authentication will be disabled if you install on a domain controller.
