Hello,

I would like to clear one question in regards to this alert , how is calculated the percent utilization? Is it the percentage of the interface speed, or bandwidth command specified on the interface?

In my experience, it's driven from the configured speed within the interface details. If you issue a "bandwidth" command on an interface BEFORE discover, it seems that solarwinds will discover that and base the percent utilization off of the configured bandwidth. If you've already discovered the interface, you can edit the configured speed within the interface details screen. Choose Edit Interface, and see the setting below.
