Licensing and Support.

DameWare Patch Manager is only licensed in a 50-node or 100-node package and support is by email only.

For larger environments, or to get full support, you would need to purchase the SolarWinds Patch Manager 250-node license.

Otherwise, functionally, the products are identical.
