Adobe Reader Catalog - 10.0.2 missing?

I'm trying to download and import the new Adobe Reader X Catalog and when I try to import the Adobe Reader Catalog it only shows 10.0.1 update. What am I missing? When I import the Acrobat X Catalog I see both 10.01 and 10.0.2.

The Adobe Reader v10.0.2 update has not yet been released by Adobe. It will be released as part of the regularly scheduled quarterly Adobe release cycle.

Adobe's position is that Reader X is of low-impact because "protected mode" mitigates the vulnerability addressed by this update, so they've chosen not to release the update out-of-band.

Reader doesn't yet have a 10.0.2 release for Windows. Acrobat does. You can view their release notes for the details: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/837/cpsid_83708/attachments/Acrobat_Reader_ReleaseNote_10.0.2.pdf
