I believe you are adding the IPSLA operation in manual - once you have changed anything on the Command Line for IPSLA, it does not work, and you have to re-add the operations on VNQM. Well, I believe that really how it works, unless the you have added the device automatically which Solarwinds will create the operation.

The principle is that is there is a parameter changed on Solarwinds - it does not update it, SNMP collects only the value of the parameter.
